- Glassflex® GF Serene 35 – approx. 7m GF Serene 35dB acoustic glass partitions with a height of 2.9m. Extrusions finished in charcoal powder coating including a Varikust® VK62 43dB (1600mm x 2900mm) double acoustic door doors finished with sealed MDF painted by others to enter the Sensory Centre
- 2 Varikust® VK62 43dB single acoustic doors (2886mm x 879mm) finished with sealed MDF painted by others to specification
- 1 Variflex® VX83 mobile acoustic partition 45dB double suspension (6147mm x 2930mm) finished with MDF painted and integrated magnetic white boards on the one side and an artist painted onto MDF sealed by us on the other side.

Aluglass Bautech is delighted to have helped with ACOUSTIC TREATMENT SOLUTIONS at the Tiger Brand Head Office Refurbishment in Bryanston. The refurbishment entailed a diverse range of acoustic products combining acoustic glass partitions with acoustic doors and a mobile acoustic partition for the Sensory Centre. Another acoustic glass partition with stepped heights decreasing over 5.5meters for the Auditorium was also custom designed, manufactured and installed.
All products have the same functionality: they keep noise out of a room and added privacy in the room!
Glassflex® GF Serene acoustic de-mountable partition system – ACOUSTIC SOLUTION WITH GLASS!
This is the ideal acoustic internal glass partitions system, to create acoustic spaces or meeting rooms within open plan applications. This versatile system is quick and easy to install, remove and reinstall with modular glass elements and flexible frame components. By using 1200mm modular panels with extra make-up panels, the system can be relocated in a new position. The framing system can accommodate cable installations if required.
Varikust® acoustic doors – COMPLETES THE GF SERENE SYSTEM!
These multi-rebated doors have an activated sealing mechanism between the bottom of the door leaf and the threshold, effectively stopping noise from getting through the usual gaps around a door and are available in single and double-door configurations.
Variflex® mobile acoustic partitions – ACOUSTIC FLEXIBILITY!
This partition system permits flexible room layouts and subdivides the Sensory Centre from the open space, only with an overhead track. The Sensory Centre can be closed off, while activities on the other side of the partition go on as usual, without disruption! Alternatively, one large area can be created by moving the individual elements into a U-parking to one side. The partition elements have painted MDF boards with integrated magnetic white boards on the one side and an artist painted onto the sealed MDF boards on the other side. This makes this partition system at Tiger Brands unique and funky!
